Receiving & using the card
Your gift card is issued only after our team verifies the transfer. We prepare the branded voucher and share it manually. The voucher can be used at checkout, and any unused balance stays available for another order. Keep its code and QR link private.
Balances, corrections & help
Gift cards cannot buy other gift cards. Cash on delivery covers any amount left after redemption. Please contact the team about corrections, refunds, or a lost voucher.
